I am deeply committed to the candidacy of Senator Barack Obama and will do everything in my power to see him elected President. The first thing that got my attention was his amazing attraction for young voters and his ability to win the support of Republicans and Independents. I continue to be impressed with the calm, good judgement he displays while under attack from all sides. He is the candidate who can win against Bush-McCain.
My wife, Sara and I are political team players and have together strengthened the Douglas County Democratic Party by pushing for a year-round office since '04 and increasing Democratic voter registration. We're putting Douglas County Democrats on the map. Give us a chance to take Oregon rural issues to the National Democratic Platform. Send us both to Denver and we'll make you proud!
